Villa Calma – A Luxurious Escape Between El Paraiso and Atalaya Golf

Villa Calma is a stunning, fully refurbished 4-bedroom villa located between El Paraiso and the prestigious Atalaya Golf Club. Flooded with natural light and offering 400m² of elegant living space on a 1,200m² plot, it’s the perfect sanctuary for families in search of style, comfort, and tranquility.

At the heart of the home is a bright open-plan kitchen and living area. Equipped with top-of-the-line Siemens appliances, a wine fridge, and a Ninja air fryer, the kitchen is both functional and inviting. The large island with six bar stools makes it ideal for social cooking and casual dining, while the lounge area, complete with a plush sofa and reclining chair, is perfect for unwinding.

Each of the four bedrooms features its own ensuite bathroom and private terrace. The main floor includes a spacious, versatile bedroom with sea and mountain views. Upstairs, the master suite offers a super king bed, double-sink bathroom, and its own private terrace. Another elegant bedroom on this floor includes a queen bed, smart TV, and incredible views. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom sits beside a stylish cinema and gaming room with a 75" TV and PlayStation 4, plus a laundry room with an extra fridge and freezer.

Step outside to your private paradise. The reimagined main terrace overlooks a heated pool, with sun loungers, a large ceramic dining table, BBQ, and comfortable outdoor lounge. Kids will love the 12ft trampoline, swing ball, and football goals. For active guests, there’s a home gym, table tennis, and a convenient outdoor WC with a shower.

We kindly invite you to review our rental policies and applicable charges to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:

House Rules:

1. Check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm, please note that anytime after that could be subject to an extra charge. 

2. Check-out time is at 10am, please inquire in advance for a late checkout. 

3. No pets allowed, unless specifically approved in advance. 

4. Strictly no smoking inside the property. 

5. No parties or events allowed. 

6. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM as a general rule, please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. 

7. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. 

8.  Remove all trash and place in exterior bins. 

9. Please report any damage immediately so we can arrange timely repairs or replacements. 

10. Please treat the property and all its contents with care, as you would your own home. 

11. For stays longer than one week, an additional cleaning will be required every 7 days.

Damage Costs & Applicable Fees:

1. If a late check-in requires someone to meet you at the property, a €50 service fee will apply.

2. Unscheduled late check-out after 10:00 AM will incur an additional fee of €30 per hour.

3. For stays longer than one week, an cleaning service is required every 7 days at an hourly rate of €15.

4. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of €100. A damaged key set will incur a fee of €50. If the lock is damaged and needs to be replaced, a €250 fee will apply.

5. Heavy cleaning beyond standard housekeeping will be subject to an additional charge of €50 to €150, depending on the extent of the work required.

6. Broken or missing remote controls will be charged at the replacement cost of a new unit.

7. Badly stained or damaged towels or linens will be charged either the dry cleaning cost or the full replacement cost, depending on the extent of the damage.

8. Missing decor, books, or kitchen items will be charged at the full replacement cost of the item.

9. Smoking inside the property will come at a penalty fee of €200.

10. Unauthorized pets will incur an additional charge of €150, plus the cost of any damages or extra cleaning required.

11. Any non-compliance with community rules, antisocial behavior towards other residents, or unauthorized parties will result in a penalty of €500.

Please note:  Villa Calma welcomes families and couples only. We do not accept groups under the age of 30 or bookings for hen/stag parties.
