This Andalusian home offers a lovely, airy flow, with a simple white design that enhances the spacious living area. The open-plan space seamlessly combines the lounge and dining area, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. This home features two beautifully designed bedrooms, both spacious and furnished with double beds. The master bedroom includes access to an en-suite for added comfort. The outdoor area is likely where you'll spend most of your time, whether relaxing on the comfortable lounge or enjoying meals in the dining area. All of this is set against the backdrop of the sparkling blue swimming pool and the colorful flowers adorning the building’s façade. Surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flower gardens, the space offers a peaceful haven. For those who enjoy the aroma of freshly prepared meals, a BBQ is also available, perfect for dining with good company. Our charming house, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, is the perfect place to enjoy your holiday.

We kindly invite you to review our rental policies and applicable charges to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:

House Rules:

1. Check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm, please note that anytime after that could be subject to an extra charge. 

2. Check-out time is at 10am, please inquire in advance for a late checkout. 

3. No pets allowed, unless specifically approved in advance. 

4. Strictly no smoking inside the property. 

5. No parties or events allowed. 

6. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM as a general rule, please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. 

7. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. 

8.  Remove all trash and place in exterior bins. 

9. Please report any damage immediately so we can arrange timely repairs or replacements. 

10. Please treat the property and all its contents with care, as you would your own home. 

11. For stays longer than one week, an additional cleaning will be required every 7 days.

Damage Costs & Applicable Fees:

1. If a late check-in requires someone to meet you at the property, a €50 service fee will apply.

2. Unscheduled late check-out after 10:00 AM will incur an additional fee of €30 per hour.

3. For stays longer than one week, an cleaning service is required every 7 days at an hourly rate of €15.

4. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of €100. A damaged key set will incur a fee of €50. If the lock is damaged and needs to be replaced, a €250 fee will apply.

5. Heavy cleaning beyond standard housekeeping will be subject to an additional charge of €50 to €150, depending on the extent of the work required.

6. Broken or missing remote controls will be charged at the replacement cost of a new unit.

7. Badly stained or damaged towels or linens will be charged either the dry cleaning cost or the full replacement cost, depending on the extent of the damage.

8. Missing decor, books, or kitchen items will be charged at the full replacement cost of the item.

9. Smoking inside the property will come at a penalty fee of €200.

10. Unauthorized pets will incur an additional charge of €150, plus the cost of any damages or extra cleaning required.

11. Any non-compliance with community rules, antisocial behavior towards other residents, or unauthorized parties will result in a penalty of €500.
