As you step through the door, Heaven Garden Flat welcomes you with a warm and inviting atmosphere that continues into the comfortable living area. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and a handy utility room just off to the side.

This elegant home offers three comfortably furnished bedrooms, ideal for families or groups.The master suite features a comfortable double bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom also includes a double bed and shares a spacious bathroom with the third bedroom, which is thoughtfully furnished with two single beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests.

Being on the ground floor, the property features its own private terrace with a stylish dining table and lounge area. It also offers direct access from the terrace to the beautifully maintained gardens. The complex also offers a spacious swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip or a relaxing afternoon in the sun.

This apartment is just a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Salduna and Estepona. The apartment is ideally located near Selwo Aventura, a unique safari-style park filled with exotic animals and lush plant life, perfect for both children and adults. Golf lovers will appreciate the renowned courses like El Paraíso and Atalaya.

In just 15 minutes by car, you can reach the glamorous Puerto Banús marina, while the charming old town of Estepona is only 20 minutes away. And day trips to Gibraltar or Ronda are easily accessible.

We kindly invite you to review our rental policies and applicable charges to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:

House Rules:

1. Check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm, please note that anytime after that could be subject to an extra charge. 

2. Check-out time is at 10am, please inquire in advance for a late checkout. 

3. No pets allowed, unless specifically approved in advance. 

4. Strictly no smoking inside the property. 

5. No parties or events allowed. 

6. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM as a general rule, please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. 

7. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. 

8.  Remove all trash and place in exterior bins. 

9. Please report any damage immediately so we can arrange timely repairs or replacements. 

10. Please treat the property and all its contents with care, as you would your own home. 

11. For stays longer than one week, an additional cleaning will be required every 7 days.

Damage Costs & Applicable Fees:

1. If a late check-in requires someone to meet you at the property, a €50 service fee will apply.

2. Unscheduled late check-out after 10:00 AM will incur an additional fee of €30 per hour.

3. For stays longer than one week, an cleaning service is required every 7 days at an hourly rate of €15.

4. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of €100. A damaged key set will incur a fee of €50. If the lock is damaged and needs to be replaced, a €250 fee will apply.

5. Heavy cleaning beyond standard housekeeping will be subject to an additional charge of €50 to €150, depending on the extent of the work required.

6. Broken or missing remote controls will be charged at the replacement cost of a new unit.

7. Badly stained or damaged towels or linens will be charged either the dry cleaning cost or the full replacement cost, depending on the extent of the damage.

8. Missing decor, books, or kitchen items will be charged at the full replacement cost of the item.

9. Smoking inside the property will come at a penalty fee of €200.

10. Unauthorized pets will incur an additional charge of €150, plus the cost of any damages or extra cleaning required.

11. Any non-compliance with community rules, antisocial behavior towards other residents, or unauthorized parties will result in a penalty of €500.
